Research On The Application Of Spatial Form Composition Of "Vaporwave" Poster

“Vaporwave” is an art movement,and the “Vaporwave” art was launched in early 2010.By 2018,a series of “Vaporwave” culture and peripheral products have been extended.The art of “Vaporwave” originated from cyberpunk,which was born in the era of rapid development of the Internet.The rapid spread of Internet information led to the fatigue of people's aesthetics,while the art of “Vaporwave” broke the traditional aesthetic,just to meet the current young group of retro.The pursuit of trend culture has become one of the most popular art schools in the world due to its unique artistic language.The “Vaporwave” art includes music,costumes,and visual design.The most representative of the “Vaporwave” visual design is the “Vaporwave” poster design.Due to the communication properties of the poster design itself,the “Vaporwave” poster design has become popular.There are very few papers that use the “Vaporwave” poster design as a topic for in-depth research,and the most characteristic of the “Vaporwave” poster design is the use of its spatial form.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the space of “Vaporwave” poster design.Form composition and continue its creative approach to application innovation.The art of “Vaporwave” belongs to the artistic style of form more than content.Anxiety makes people constantly pursue new things that attract eyeballs,ignoring the importance of essential content.The author believes that the historical and stable nature of traditional culture can produce emotional resonance under the current social conditions of anxiety and fast digestion,and apply this point of view to practice.This paper first introduces the art of “Vaporwave” from its origin to development,and then summarizes the types and characteristics of “Vaporwave” poster design,and focuses on the way of “Vaporwave” poster design space form.While collecting,categorizing and analyzing the examples of the “Vaporwave” poster design field,combined with the “Fusion” series of posters created by myself,the practical exploration is carried out.It is hoped that through the practical exploration of the design of “Vaporwave” posters,the development of "steam wave" art will be broader.
