Understanding Of New Media Technology Applicated In Sculpture Creation

Began in the mid-18 th century,with two industrial revolutions science and technology have developed rapidly.People's aesthetic trend is also changing constantly.The boundaries of different disciplines gradually disappear.Artists' creations become diversified.They are no longer just content with their area of expertise and trying to get out of their comfort zone.Seeking for a variety of cross-boundary means and medias to enrich their create.Now,fashionable ACTS of body art,installation art,new media art,as the "main force" of contemporary art.Works are springing up.Using new media as a delivery medium for writing and using it in writing provides a new creative possibility for all kinds of artists.In sculpture creation,Some sculptors have introduced new technologies such as audio-visual,mechanical principles and induction devices,and combined them with traditional sculpture ontology language to create immersive visual works.What it brings to the viewer is no longer just a simple visual experience.But at the same time is also a compound experience of hearing,touch,taste and other physiological feelings,so that viewers can be immersed in the scene and even participate in the creation.This paper will select other artists' sculptures using new media technology as the medium,relevant artistic activities and my own creation as the main analysis object.On the basis of individual experiences and present works,on the understanding of this creative method,And its development,technical characteristics and practical functions are studied in depth.The future development path of the fusion of sculpture creation and new media technology is discussed.In order to enrich and develop the sculpture theory,fill in some of the new theory blank,to explore the new application possibility,further explore its future development trend,to provide theoretical text for the sculpture creation in the future development.
