By combining experimental method, measurement method and questionnaire method, this paper studies college students' career decision-making risk preference from the perspectives of ego depletion aftereffect and immediate emotional arousal.Based on the divergence of the relationship between ego depletion and decision-making,this paper explores the relationship between ego depletion and career decision-making risk preference(experiment 1);explores the influence of ego depletion and emotions on career decision making risk preference, and the compensatory role of positive emotions in the influence of ego depletion on career decision making risk preference, and verifies the conclusion of Experiment 1(experiment 2).To enrich theoretical research of career decision making risk preference, clear the influencing factors of College Students' career decision making risk preference, and provide corresponding reference opinions for guiding college students to make scientific and satisfactory career decision making. The results and conclusions are as follows:(1)The main effect of framework effect is significant, framework effect also exists steadily in the field of career decision making. The score of career decision making risk preference under negative framework is significantly higher than that under positive framework.Under negative framework, subjects show stronger tendency of risk seeking, and under positive framework, they are more conservative.(2)The main effect of ego depletion is significant, ego depletion has a negative impact on career decision making risk preference. The score of career decision making risk preference of high ego depletion group is significantly lower than that of low ego depletion group.High ego depletion group tends to avoid risks and low ego depletion group is more risky.(3)The main effect of emotion is significant, positive emotional and negative emotional have a negative impact on career decision making risk preference. The scores of career decision making risk preference in positive emotional group are significantly lower than those in neutral emotional group, while those in negative emotional group are significantly lower than those in neutral emotional group.College students in positive and negative emotional states tend to avoid risks. Both positive and negative emotions have a bias towards career decision making risk.(4)There was no significant interaction between ego depletion and emotions, and no compensation effect of positive emotion on ego depletion was found in career decision making field.Recommendation:(1)Career education in Colleges and universities should pay attention to the recognition of cognitive bias in college students' career decision making,so as to avoid cognitive bias;recruitment information issued by employers should be clear in order to avoid causing cognitive bias of candidates.(2)Career education in Colleges and universities should start as soon as possible, with highly professional and experienced teachers and professors, reflecting professional characteristics and practicality.Attention should be paid to risk education and self control training of College students,so as to slow down the speed of self control resource depletion and reduce the impact of ego depletion.(3)Increase the training of emotional control and regulation of College students,so that they can master the basic methods of emotional self rescue, such as relaxation training, rational emotional therapy, timely adjustment of their emotional state,do not do emotional "puppet".
