Career decision-making is an important decision of individual life,especially for the college graduates who are going to enter the society.It plays an important role in career development and way of life in the future.Therefore,college student's career decision-making has been taken attention from all walks of life,especially the education scholars.Founds from literature that,the researches of the college students' career decision-making have focused on the self-efficacy of career decision-making and the difficulties though career decision-making until now,few researches focused on the process of college student's career decision-making.The empirical studies of career decision-making has focused on its influence factors presently.Attribution style is an important variable of individual differences,a large number of studies have shown that attribution style has a significant effect on decision making.Career attribution style is the attribution of career events for individuals.There is few research on the relationship between career attribution style and career decision.This research studied the process of career differences and career decision-making risk differences between the individuals from positive and negative career attribution style,by means of information board technology.We had the following conclusion:(1)Career decision-making is a process of bounded rationality,time pressure have an significant influence on career decision-making process.With the decreased of time,the search depth is reduced and search pattern changed.Under time pressure,the information processing strategy is changing,from the compensatory strategies to the uncompensatory strategies.With the increase of time pressure,the participants searched information in theway of acceleration and added selective information.(2)Career attribution style has an influence on the process of career decision-making.Career attribution style affected the way of career decision-making's process,and career attribution style and time pressure interacted the way of career decision-making's process.Career attribution style and time pressure interacted the satisfaction degree of the career decision-making.(3)The kind of project affected the individual's career decision-making risk inclination.individual's career decision-making risk inclination was higher significantly in the compromise project than in the the adventure and conservative condition.(4)The framing affection influenced the individual career decision-making risk inclination,but not significantly.(5)Career attribution style affected individual career decision-making risk inclination.Individuals who had positive career attribution style had higher career decision-making risk inclination than the individuals who had negative career attribution style significantly.
