Study On The Policy Of Cultural Industry In Changzhou City

Since 2007,Changzhou has vigorously developed its cultural industry.Based on local conditions,it has formulated a series of cultural industry policies,and gradually formed a policy system for the development of Changzhou's cultural industry,which has greatly promoted the development of Changzhou's cultural industry.At present,the added value of Changzhou's cultural industry accounts for 5.8% of GDP,which has become an important industry to promote the economic and social development of Changzhou.However,there are still some problems in the development of cultural industry in Changzhou,such as insufficient integration of cultural resources,weak ability of cultural innovation,and unreasonable structure of cultural talents.Through the combination of theoretical analysis and practical investigation,this paper clarifies the main connotation,specific classification of cultural industry policy and its role in promoting industrial development,classifies the main content and timely cost value of cultural resources in Changzhou,and analyses the specific content,implementation process,policy effectiveness and policy system effectiveness of Changzhou's cultural industry policy.Through listing and sorting out the cultural resources and policy contents,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the current policy system of Changzhou cultural industry,such as unclear strategic direction,insufficient content innovation,and the absence of some categories of policies.The causes of these problems are inadequate awareness of policy makers,lack of professionalism,imperfect policy matching and lack of performance mechanism.In view of the existing policy problems and the actual development of Changzhou's cultural industry,this paper puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions on the construction and improvement of Changzhou's cultural industry development policy system from three aspects: optimizing the construction of policy system,innovating the content of policy system and establishing policy guarantee mechanism.
