Rural junior middle school English classroom is the only way for students to acquire English language knowledge and language skills.However,rural English teachers still stick to the traditional spoon-feeding and injection teaching,do a lot of exercises and use the theory of success or failure in terms of scores.It has seriously damaged the self-esteem and self-confidence of rural students,and the students have lost their interest in learning English,and even given up learning English.In rural junior middle school English classes,the phenomenon of inefficiency and ineffectiveness and even negative effect is extremely serious.In order to improve the rural junior middle school English classroom teaching,I take “rural junior middle school English classroom” as the research object,aiming at some problems existing in the rural junior middle school English classroom,put forward the rural junior middle school English classroom effective teaching strategy.The purpose is to change the students' learning by teachers' teaching,turn “the classroom in which teachers teach mainly” into “the classroom that pays attention to students' learning”.It is beneficial to the all-round development of rural students and to the lifelong development of rural students,which truly embody the instrument and humanistic nature of the English curriculum.This paper is divided into six chapters,the first chapter is an introduction,introduced the research background,research purposes,research significance.The second chapter is a literature review,which summarizes the concepts of effective teaching at home and abroad and the research results at home and abroad,and put forward the breakthrough point of this study.The third chapter is the theoretical basis,based on constructivism theory and multiple intelligence theory.The fourth chapter points out the problems existing in English classroom teaching in rural junior middle schools: teacher-centered arbitrary teaching,single teaching methods and teaching means,zero interaction between teachers and students,no communication,a dead pool of water in the classroom and examination-oriented teaching,do a lot of exercises.The fifth chapter is the focus of this paper,according to the current problems,put forward the rural junior middle school English classroom effective teaching strategies.The sixth chapter is the practical part of effective teaching strategy.Through practice and data analysis,the author draws a conclusion that the teaching strategy implemented in teaching improves students' interest in learning,motivates students to learn,and improves the participation in class.Promote the progress and development of students at different levels,develop students' metacognitive,thus achieving effective teaching,but also promoting the professional development of teachers.
