Effective classroom of high school education in China is an important teaching idea,based on the western theory of effective teaching,adapted to the current main guide of domestic education system,trying to pursue a balance between effective achievements of the curiculum and high quality of English skills.This paper mainly discusses basic constituent elements of the effective classroom,on the one hand from the theoretical construction,on the other hand through the questionnaire survey,then compared survey results with the theory discussion to confirm the conclusion,thus provide the reference to the teaching strategy,teaching behavior,and teaching evaluation and so on.The full text is divided into four parts.In Part 1,it mainly elaborated selected topic goal and the basis,and reviewed the related research status.In Part 2,it mainly tried to systematically analyze the basic factors influencing the effective course.Firstly try to make clear the meaning of effective classroom,emphasized comprehensive efficiency in effective classroom of high school education contrast with a certain point,and plane,then analyze three basic aspects,such as teaching environment,teachers and students,which impacted the effective classroom.The teaching environmental factors involved in hardware environment and software environment,the former including hardware equipment and teaching resources,the latter include students' quality and students' form,and the relationship between teachers and students,have a fundamental impact on effective classroom.Teacher Factors involved in teachers' professional quality,teaching design,classroom management,teaching behavior,which have a dominant influence on effective classroom.Student factors include the students,learning ability,study behavior and test scores,which have the ultimate impact on effective classroom.In Part 3,it mainly discussed on the questionnaire survey,comparing with the results of the investigation and the effective theory,which confirm the conclusion.In the last part,it mainly concluded that facing with different levels of students,giving full play to the teachers' professional accomplishment,designing carefully,adjusting good behavior,guiding by the high quality of classroom organization the students' learning ability and learning behavior,finally embodied in excellent exam results,this is the only way to construct the effective classroom.
