Research On The New Problem Of Postgraduate Academic Ethics Anomie Under The Detecting Techniques To Academic Misconduct

Academic ethics rules on the value and direction of the development of the academic community.It is the code of conduct and behavior which all the members of the community should follow.With the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities and the development of the society,the number of the academic community member has been increasing,while there is also the risk of misconduct and academic ethics anomie.Especially in recent years,the public begin to be aware of all kinds of academic corruption and academic misconduct which reduce the academic rational image and credibility.As a means of control,CNKI and other misconduct detection technology have been restricting the mentioned phenomenon effectively.However,new academic misconduct problems appear.How to build the graduate students' academic ethics and promote healthy development of the academic under the new technology has become a key topic of academic research.In this paper,the author uses some methods integrately,such as: literature analysis,case analysis,questionnaire investigation and interview method to analysis deeply into the group of graduate students and to investigate widespread phenomena of their academic ethics anomie,such as: plagiarism or copying,forging or tampering with data,ghostwriting thesis,one paper for many journals and fabricating references.This paper analyses that after the introduction of CNKI and other data detection system,the overall level of graduate students' academic ethics has been improved.There are some positive effects of those system,such as: cultivating graduate students to attach importance to the values of academic ethics,regulating the academic misconduct and behavior of graduate students,improving the evaluation system of graduate student academic evaluation system and weakening on the subjective assumption about graduate students' academic achievements,etc.Nevertheless,after the investigation,it has been found that after strengthening the detection on the misconduct of academic achievements of graduate students in colleges and universities,more and more new problems such as: countering detection technology with the technology,more serious ghostwriting thesis and more hidden plagiarism means have appeared.Applying the method of depth interview,this investigation analyzes the reasons of the mentioned problems from the following aspects: the graduate students' perspective,academic misconduct detection technology,social external factors,education and management mechanism and so on.This thesis puts forward constructing the system to solve the problem of graduate student academic moral anomie systematically.This system should include ethics of technology with truth-oriented and pursuit of innovation,academic morality with honesty-oriented and respect for intellectual property,diversified academic evaluation system with people-oriented.This paper reshapes the academic ethics value standard and propose measures to improve the academic misconduct detection technology constantly,strengthen supervision and improve the graduate student academic evaluation mechanism.With multiple means and the integration of guidance of values,system regulation,evaluation system and technical innovation,and other integrated force,this thesis effectively solves the problem of the graduate student's academic ethics anomie using the detection technology and have great importance and value to cultivate and improve the quality of graduate student academic ethics.
