Along with the development of the society and the rhythm speeds of life increasing, to manage time is a inevitable trend. Currently, researches about time management have already obtained plenteous results, but the domestic researches concerning time management was all to university students and high school students, few took graduate students as the research subject. Along with the expanding to recruit graduate students year by year in our country, the quantity of the graduate students is gradually increasing. And, graduate students'time that they can freely control is more than university students and high school students, so studying about the graduate students'time management is more necessary. This research adopts the method of interview and questionnaire, and the tools of investigating are Adolescence Time Management Disposition Scale, Academic Demand and General Well-Being Schedule. The research is to study the relationships of three variants.This research acquired conclusions below:(1) Time management disposition and academic demand of the graduate students had medium degree. The subjective well-being had high degree.(2) Time management disposition, academic demand and the subjective well-being of the graduate students didn't achieve significance level on gender and major level.(3) The male graduate students in historiography and engineering profession achieved significance level on time-efficacy. The male graduate students'time-efficacy in engineering profession are higher than the male graduate students'time-efficacy in historiography profession.(4) The graduate students'subjective well-being of engineering profession achieved significance level. The female's were higher than male's.(5) The correlation of the graduate students'time management and well-being was positive and achieved significance level. The predominant value was stronger.The correlation of the graduate students'academic demand and well-being was negative. The predominant value was weaker.(6) Time management disposition of graduate students didn't mediate the academic demand and the subjective well-being.
