Research On The Problem Of Rural Cultural Construction In Jilin Province

Jilin province is a big agricultural province,in the current historical period of the adjustment structure and steady growth,the stability of the countryside is of great significance to the revitalization of the local economy in Jilin province.Rural culture is vital in promoting the rural stability and harmonious development.Therefore,Jilin province must attach great importance to the development of rural culture so as to truly highlight its role in the comprehensive construction of a well-off society and a new socialist countryside.The history and reality of the socialist new rural cultural construction since the 18 th party congress shows that,to prosper the cultural market in Jilin province and promote the transformation of economic structure,effective measures should be taken to change the backward situation of rural culture and promote the development and characteristic development of rural culture.Although in the period of the 13 th five-year plan,the rural cultural construction in Jilin province has made remarkable achievements,there are still problems in the coordinated development with the economic society and the spiritual and cultural needs of the peasants.Therefore,in view of the prominent problems in the process of rural culture development in Jilin province,this paper explores the countermeasures of developing rural culture in Jilin province around the main line of how to improve the quality and efficiency of rural culture.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter expounds the purpose and significance of exploring the rural cultural construction in Jilin province,and summarizes the research status of rural cultural development.The second chapter analyzes the concept of rural culture construction,finds out the theoretical basis of rural cultural construction,defines the basic principles and tasks of rural culture construction,and defines the basic ideas of rural culture construction.The third chapter,taking the Yi tong Manchu autonomous county of Jilin province as an example,carries on the data analysis,and summarizes the necessity and achievements of the rural cultural construction in Jilin province.The fourth chapter expounds the problems in the development of rural culture in Jilin Province,such as the lagging behind in the construction of rural cultural infrastructure,the relative lack of professional talents in the rural culture construction,the insufficiency of the vitality of the rural cultural market,the phenomenon of "three vulgarism" in the rural culture in some areas and the lack of awareness of the peasants' cultural needs.Reasons for the problems include inadequate investment,insufficient personnel training for rural cultural construction,the lack of scientific theory guidance,the negative social atmosphere in rural area and the Farmers limited horizon.Based on the typical problems existing in the development of rural culture in Jilin Province,the fifth chapter puts forward the countermeasures to the development of rural culture in Jilin Province,including to strengthen the investment in rural infrastructure,strengthening the cultivation of rural cultural talents,flourishing and developing the rural cultural market in Jilin Province,creating a green and healthy rural culture,and stimulating the vitality of the rural culture with the new cultural orientation.In this way will the farmers enjoy the fruits of cultural development and prosperity and culture can play a huge role in stabilizing growth,promoting reform,adjusting structure and improving people's livelihood.
