The Relationship Between The Degree Of "Arena Of Valor" Addiction And The Parenting Style Of High School Students:the Multiple Mediating Effects Of Self-control And Social Anxiety

With the advent of the intelligent age,entertainment based on electronic devices is becoming more and more popular.The problem of adolescent Internet addiction will seriously affect their normal learning and life."Arena of Valors" is one of the most popular mobile games in 2017.Studying the state of "Arena of Valors" in its peak period is helpful to understand the laws and Countermeasures of the universality of online game addiction;therefore,this paper uses the method of questionnaire survey and qualitative interview to study the addiction,parental rearing,self-education of "Arena of Valors".Control and social anxiety,as well as coping strategies for Internet addiction.A total of 762 valid questionnaires were collected from senior high school students in a city of Jilin Province and analyzed by multiple intermediaries.Qualitative interviews were conducted with 15 people selected after the screening.Research finds that:1.“Arena of Valors” is one of the tools for students to socialize.2.Self-control is an important factor affecting the addiction to The “Arena of Valors”.The quality of self-control ability depends on whether students have their own goals and form an internal drive.3.Parents’ respectful and understanding education attitude,as well as behavior control(e.g.verbal reminders,mobile phones,Internet access,etc.),can help alleviate students’ addiction to “Arena of Valors”.The way parents teach is an important factor that affects the addiction of the “Arena of Valors”.4.To prevent the addiction to “Arena of Valors” and correct the slight addiction to “Arena of Valors”,the possible methods are as follows: the inner drive is the main force,that is,the students form goals,and achieve goals independently,the attention is attracted by the goal,so as to resist the temptation to fight “Arena of Valors”;the external control is supplemented by the students’ fight.When there are too many games and they can not control them effectively,parents should take action control in time on the premise of consulting with students.
