que regional cultural characteristics and value,and the application and research of Hami Sainem folk elements in dance works are few at present,so it has certain theoretical research significance and practical application value.In this study,Hami Sainem's multicultural elements are taken as the object of study for the original elaboration;Hami Sainem's application in teaching is discussed as a secondary one;finally,through the work "Foot of Youth",a regenerative study is carried out to examine the traditional dance elements from the perspective of contemporary people.The paper puts forward that the effective development of folk dance creation should be based on the promotion of folk dance culture and art and the protection of traditional multicultural elements,vividly reproducing the integration of Hami Sainem folk dance and contemporary people's emotional and spiritual outlook.
