| Nanyin, also known as "string",is one of the oldest existing music types in China.Nanyin,as a living relic of ancient Chinese music system, has an irreplaceable important position in the history of Chinese music. However, the local cultural color of Nanyin itself also limits its promotion in the context of contemporary music globalization.Nan-yin Pipa(hereinafter referred to as "Nan-pa")as one of the main musical instruments in Nan-yin,has its unique charm.However,Nan-pa appears as a ensemble in Nan-yin singing and playing, and seldom has its own solo works. This study is based on the transplantation, adaptation and performance of the famous BeiPa song "Xu Lai" created by Mr.Liu Tianhua.Xu Lai was created in 1929 under the background of Mr.Liu Tianhua’s failure to apply for the National Conservatory of Music. In addition to the use of traditional techniques and local opera music,Guqin techniques-Nao and Zhu are also widely used in the works. In the process of literature collation, the author found that the Pipa at this time(hereinafter referred to as the "North Pa")was relatively close to the South Pa in shape and sound area.Guqin art and Quanqiang Nanyin are both one of the ancient music types in China, and both advocate harmony in music aesthetics. The sense of simplicity of Guqin is similar to Nanyin’s music aesthetics in essence. The transplantation of Xu Zai on Nan Pa,which is similar to the North Pa in 1929,can better express the artistic pursuit of "harmony" of Xu Lai.Through literature review and professional practice, this paper compares the timbre, shape and performance techniques of the North and South Pipa, comprehensively expounds the similarities and differences between the two,so as to further clarify the contrast between the original and transplanted music. In the practice of transplanting the performance of Xu Lai,the author tried to add the performance techniques to Nanpa, and found that it was beneficial to enrich the performance forms of Nanpa to learn from each other between North and South Pipa. The author expects to provide some reference for the performance and development of Nanpa through the study of transplanting Nanpa performance of Xu Lai... |
