Research On The Sptial Expression Of Watercolor Landscape Painting

The painting space reflects the important contents expressed in a landscape watercolor painting,and a picture carries the real feeling of an artist,and it is the artist that presents an objective image in the real world on a two-dimensional picture by means of relevant expression means,so that the picture shows a three-dimensional space.This thesis takes landscape watercolor paintings as an entry point,and deeply studies,integrating with the paintings of excellent domestic and foreign artists,the significant functions of the painting spaces in the landscape watercolor paintings.This thesis includes four parts for studying the painting spaces in the landscape watercolor paintings.The first part briefly introduces the definition and development of the painting space,so as to provide a theoretical support for the following chapters.The definition of the painting space is relatively complicated,which refers to that an artist expresses a three-dimensional painting space on a two-dimensional surface.The second part is the main part of this thesis,and gives priority on the analysis of the expression of painting spaces in landscape paintings,and specifically illustrates the painting spaces in the landscape paintings from the aspects of perspective,change of brightness and expression of colors,and combining with excellent works of domestic and foreign artists,analyzes space expression forms in the picture.The painting space in the traditional western landscape painting links the perspective,shadows,brightness and colors,and an artist integrates those painting elements,and uses different expression means to present a three-dimensional and spatial picture.The third part analyzes,according to the expression means of landscapewatercolor paintings,relevant problems such as how an artist expresses and deals with the painting space on a picture.The watercolor paintings are painted by means of blending water with pigments,so as to build a vivid and bright artistic feature.Because of the feature of transparency,the artists often use different expression means to build the spatial feeling in the landscape watercolor paintings,and the expression forms of the painting space are different since different expression means are used.The fourth part explores,combining with the understanding of the author on the painting space during creation,the meanings of expressing the painting space in a landscape watercolor painting,and applies those meanings to painting creation,so as to establish a personal painting style with special charm.
