In this paper, from the conception of the problem of performance issues, the traditional Chinese painting is studyed, and also based on this seemingly superficial problem which is western watercolor landscape space, the process including the expression of the mood in the traditional Chinese painting is also revealed. Firstly, the spatial performance of the Western watercolor landscapes from different procedures that are formation, maturity and development are respctively demonstrated. While on behalf of artists and works of different periods, the evolution of the spatial performance of the Western watercolor landscapes is described in detail. Subsequently, the systematic exposition of the "mood" in the traditional Chinese painting is described,"Mood" is how to be in the traditional Chinese painting shown, and then Western landscape painting in the "space" and "mood" are interrelated integrated. Then how the landscape "space" issues and "artistic conception" the germinal problems are complemented each other is specifically addressed, respectively from the two-dimensional, three-dimensional space and surrealism, the procedure of "mood" is described. Finally, based on my own understanding of "space" and "mood", how to deal with space and the mood issuses are demonstrated from my three watercolor landscape sketches. Then, I exponded that in watercolor landscape painting, the space in the performance of the process is also a kind of the emergence of mood, so as to obtain that artists not just grasp and performance space to paint a landscape, but also the artists own perception of nature through their souls to express and to re-create the final composition of the their own hearts and mood.
