With the advent of the knowledge economy and information era,the culture industry has a good chance to be bred and gets great progress.Because of its advantages such as high-tech content?high return and low pollution,the culture industry is defined as the “sunrise industry” and the “green industry” of 21 century by many scholars,and they also consider it as an important part that can enhance cultural soft power and the comprehensive strength of a nation.With the economic development and the transformation and up-riding of industries,more and more countries and regions start paying attention and giving strong support to the cultural industry.Since the policy of reform and opening up was put into effect,the culture industry of our nation has developed rapidly,but,compared with western developed countries,the gap between them is still large,and one of the important reasons is that our cultural enterprises are not strong enough.As we all know,cultural enterprise is the core carrier of the cultural industry,if there is no rapid development of the cultural enterprise,the growth of the cultural industry will be empty talk.Therefore,development strategy is an important consideration of the cultural enterprises,especially for the folk culture enterprises in western area.Based on the knowledge of strategical management,and from the micro perspective of culture industry,this article using the analysis tools such as PEST and SWOT,carries on an detailed analysis about the internal conditions and external environment of Dingxin culture company in Gansu province.According to the results of the analysis,this article sums up the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of the company.Based on the SWOT analysis framework and the development of Dingxin company,this paper sets up the development strategy for it.The article deems that the main task the company now faces is the transformation and upgrading of the business,so,in terms of the domestic market,the company should adopt the differentiation competitive strategy,namely,upgrading traditional business and creating new forms of operation in culture industry through the fusion of culture and science.When it comes to the international market,the company should focus on the target-centralized competitive strategy,in other words,specializing in an international market segment and actively creating a competitive advantage in this segment according to the company's products and the national policy environment.After the strategic positioning,this paper also formulates the long-term goals and the measures that ensures the goals' practice for the company.Generally speaking,the measures mainly include three levels,namely,strategic management,operations management and functional management,and every level has a number of relatively detailed safeguards,such as organizational structure improvement,corporation culture shaping,business development plan,marketing,financialplanning and research planning.Finally,in this paper,strategic implementation and control are expounded.
