Research Of Rural Culture In Shandong Province

"Emphasis on the development of agriculture is a fundamental policy for country",issues relating to agriculture,rural areas,and rural people are still the most important aspects in the process of development.Xi Jinping,the general secretary,proposed in the reports 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China : in the new era,pursuing rural vitalization strategy is not only an important principle to follow in three agriculture-related work,but also a major strategic task in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,and of moving on to all-out efforts to build a great modern socialist country.At present,the development of China's agricultural and rural cultural is in a vigorous development stage.This paper takes the socialist construction of new rural culture in Shandong province as basic research goal to make an empirical analysis on the current situation,problems,constraints and its countermeasures of rural construction in Shandong province by methods of practice survey and analytical research in 2016 and 2017.On the basis of large amount of reading relevant articles about the study of rural cultural construction and cultural issues in Shandong Province,to analyze current research achievements in rural cultural construction in China and abroad,especially for obtained remarkable achievements in rural cultural construction after reform and opening up.Theoretical definitions was made on Marx and Engels' cultural view,rural cultural connotation and related concepts about rural cultural construction.Current status of rural cultural construction in Shandong province was analyzed through social practice,field visits and other forms of method.To illustrate it from cultural construction,cultural industries and other aspects to highlight the effectiveness of rural cultural construction in Shandong province.Then the paper analyzed existing shortages and problems about rural cultural construction in Shandong Province,for example,unreasonable development of rural cultural resources,the spread of traditional culture is facing challenges,the lack of the dominant position of farmers,insufficient development of rural tourism cultural industry and so on.The cause of these problems was analyzed from three aspects: government input,farmers themselves and social development.To explore the key point and breaking point of new socialist countryside cultural construction in Shandong province by analyzing constraints and according to the provincial conditions of its cultural development to propose countermeasures which promote rural cultural construction,establish a new direction for the development of local cultural industries,improve the system and mechanism of rural cultural construction,strengthen the cultural construction awareness of grass-roots cadres,strengthen the introduction and development of talents and other measures.Comprehensively promote the countermeasures of rural cultural construction in Shandong province and make a coordinate development in both urban and rural to promote the modernization of new socialist countryside in Shandong province.
