Interpersonal communication is a very important part of human life,which has an important influence on human development,emotional change,and the shaping of the whole personality.Mongolian College students are a minority in China.Because of cultural integration,Mongolian College Students' interpersonal interaction has both general characteristics and their own particularity.To explore the ways and means to improve the interpersonal communication of Mongolian College students is of great significance to their own healthy development and good social adaptability.There are many factors affecting college students' interpersonal communication,among which class psychological atmosphere and self-efficacy are two important factors.This study used the general self-efficacy scale,interpersonal competence scale,class Psychological Atmosphere Scale for college students study the Mongolian Students' interpersonal skills,psychological atmosphere of the class,and the general self-efficacy of Mongolian College Students' characteristics,explored the relationship between interpersonal skills and psychological atmosphere of the class,general self-efficacy.The results of the study found that(1)the overall state of interpersonal communication ability of Mongolian College students was in good condition.Boys are better at interpersonal communication than girls.In terms of student origin,Urban Mongolian College Students' interpersonal communication ability is higher than rural students.(2)The mental atmosphere of the Mongolian College students is in good condition.Among them,in the psychological atmosphere of the class,the emotional state of the girls is slightly higher than that of the boys.The psychological atmosphere of Mongolian College students has a tendency to decrease with the increase of grade.(3)from the general self-efficacy,Mongolian male college students is higher than female students,science students than liberal arts students.(4)there is a certain degree among Mongolian College Students' general self-efficacy and interpersonal relationship.The higher the level of the general self-efficacy,the higher the interpersonal skills.(5)Mongolian College Students Psychological Atmosphere in the class and its six dimensions(collaborative,teacher,cohesion,culture and development,the class cadre,learning)was positively correlated with interpersonal skills.The more stable the emotional state of the class members is,the better the interpersonal skills.(6)there is a significant positive correlation between the general self-efficacy of Mongolian College Students and the class psychological atmosphere.The higher the self-efficacy is,the more stable the emotional state of the class members is.(7)Mongolian College Students Psychological Atmosphere in the class "cooperation","cohesion" and "culture" and "development","class cadres" atmosphere can directly affect the ability of interpersonal communication but also through general self-efficacy to influence interpersonal skills.
