College students are the most colorful of his life time, but also their psychological weaning period. In this period, college students are prone to psychological problems. The mental health of college students is important and difficult psychological student studies abroad. Current students and frequent social contacts, interpersonal relationships, social anxiety and other issues have become increasingly prominent. Interpersonal self-efficacy and health and mental condition of the college, has a very direct impact on the establishment and harmonious atmosphere and interpersonal psychology classes.This paper researches related to sort out research work, and on the basis of previous studies raise questions. Randomly selected areas within an university in Shanghai with different professional grade classes, subjects freshman242people, a total of563students its associated test and adopt SPSS statistical software testing data processing and entry.I tried to use the relationship between college students a sense of form, interpersonal skills and social anxiety table table class mental atmosphere between self-efficacy, and find ways to improve the psychological quality of students, college students can help alleviate some of the social anxiety, increased class atmosphere, self energy efficiency and interpersonal feeling ability. The following conclusions:The paper is organized as follows:The first chapter describes the background of this issue, and related concepts.The second chapter describes related research at home and abroad.The third and the forth chapter introduces research methods. This is the key section of this article. Introduces the research object, research methods, and test the students’ self-efficacy scale, Social Anxiety Scale, social skills Diagnostic Scale, college psychology class ambience rating scale test results.The fifth chapter is the findings college relationship between communication skills and interpersonal social anxiety. Two college students come to the general relationship between the two self-efficacy, interpersonal skills and social anxiety, mental classroom atmosphere. Research and pre-test and post-test analysis of university students a year. And the relationship is between the three.The sixth and the seventh chapter is the conclusions. Insufficient research and introduce improvements and research prospects.The results of this study are as follows:1. Students of different sexes there was no significant difference in terms of the general self-efficacy, social anxiety, interpersonal skills or class mental atmosphere. Whether it is the only child there was no significant difference in social anxiety, interpersonal skills, classroom atmosphere and psychological aspects of general self-efficacy.2. There is no significant correlation between class mental atmosphere and social anxiety, general self-efficacy and social anxiety have a significant negative correlation with interpersonal skills have a significant positive correlation with class mind the atmosphere has a significant positive relationship; social anxiety and interpersonal skills have a significant negative correlation; interpersonal skills and psychological atmosphere in the class had a significant positive correlation.3. General comparison of self-efficacy and social anxiety before freshman found no significant differences exist. And interpersonal skills and psychological atmosphere of the freshman class before and after comparison found significant differences, you can know their interpersonal skills and psychological atmosphere freshman class before have significantly higher after freshman.
