"New retail" mode is the trend of future enterprise development,and "new retail" service plays an important role in its development.Nowadays,our country attaches great importance to the development of culture while developing economy.In recent years,the government has promulgated many relevant policies to guarantee the development of culture,and "creative products" have become a growing vocabulary,facing both opportunities and tremendous challenges.With the continuous improvement of people's living standards,their consumption psychology,consumption structure and consumption behavior have gradually changed.Consumers have shifted their attention from low prices to feelings and experiences in the process of consumption.Consumer behavior is also affected by various factors,among which context is one of the important factors affecting consumers' purchase behavior.Based on the situational theory,this paper explores a better new retail service model of creative products based on situational theory.By extracting the characteristics of creative products and setting up scenarios,it creates a specific situation,improves consumers' sense of experience interaction,and promotes consumer behavior.In the way of research,mainly through the use of service design tools,the related elements and consumers of new retail situational service of literary products are investigated and analyzed,the user role model is constructed,the new retail situational coding,decoding method and situational construction method of literary products are put forward,the new retail service design rules of literary products based on situational mapping theory are summarized,and its service platform is established.Finally,according to the conclusion of the research,a new retail service system of Qingshawenchuang products based on situational mapping theory is designed,and the feasibility is verified theoretically and practically.This article mainly introduces the significance and value of the research through the background introduction of the earlier period.After that,the related situation and service theory of this paper are studied,and the service design method and the elements and situations of new retail service of creative products are analyzed.Then the situation theoryis applied to the design of new retail service of creative products exploratorily,and the relevant design criteria are summarized.Finally,the design and implementation are carried out based on the previous research results.Finally,the summary and prospect are made.
