In recent years,with the promoting of economic transformation in our country,the socio-economic demand for practical talents is becoming bigger and bigger.national policies are also gradually titled to higher vocational education.As a national backbone higher vocational college,T college has gained rapid development.Training room is an important base for vocational colleges to carry out practical teaching and academic research.The construction of training rooms has become an important part of the construction of T college,the research on the future development strategy of the training room will be helpful for T college to improve its quality and even to develop itself.This study applies system management and other related theoretical knowledge,using systems analysis and other methods and tools,starting from the principle of the integrity of the system,analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the non legacy training room,It is concluded that the task of the full-time teacher is heavy,the number of managers and part-time teachers is not enough,low utilization of teaching resources,attaching importance to purchasing,despising maintenance,investment in the construction of the training room is insufficient,the organization culture in the training room become a mere formality,management system is lacked,the division of labor is lacked,there are many vulnerabilities in security management,teaching quality monitoring is not perfect,information technology is not integrated into teaching,social service function is not strong.In view of these problems,combined with document literature and work experience,the article will give some advice,perfecting the recruitment mechanism of the experimenter,strengthening the construction of full-time teachers,expanding the team of part-time teachers,planning the use of teaching resources in the training room rationally,expanding investment channels,introducing traditional technology to organize culture construction,the construction of simulation organization culture,strengthening the cooperation between school and enterprise,refining the rules and regulations of the training room,standardizing the workflow of management,setting up a safety management system,doing a good job of routine inspection in the training room,strengthening the supervision of the construction project of the training room,strengthening the construction of the information building in the training room,extending the opening time,improving professional radiance and social service.
