The theory of Psychological capital is rising with the development of Positive psychology theory and Positive organizational behavior theory. Psychological capital is the core of the individual general positive psychological factors, the specific performance is positive psychological state that meets Positive organizational behavior standard, and through the targeted investment and development it can make the individual gain a competitive advantage.462post-1990s students of higher vocational colleges have been selected in the study, the Psychological capital state of the post-1990s students of higher vocational colleges have been investigated by the positive psychological capital questionnaire. The results suggest that as follows:1.The average score of the post-1990s students of higher vocational colleges’ self-rating is higher than the teachers’evaluation score in the every dimension, in which, there is significant difference in the hope dimension.2.Of the post-1990s students of higher vocational colleges, there is significant difference in the Psychological capital self-efficacy and resiliency dimension between the freshman and sophomore. The sophomore’s score is significantly higher than the freshman’s in the two dimensions.3.Of the post-1990s students of higher vocational colleges, the self-efficacy level of the male students is significantly higher than the female students’, but the hope level of the female students is significantly higher than the male students’.4.Of the post-1990s students of higher vocational colleges, the hope level of the only child students is significantly higher than the non only child students’.5.Of the post-1990s students of higher vocational colleges, the different scholastic attainments have significant differences in self-efficacy, hope, optimism dimension.6.Of the post-1990s students of higher vocational colleges, there is obviously positive correlation between Self-efficacy level, hope level, optimistic level and scholastic attainments.According to the post-1990s students’psychological characteristics of higher vocational colleges and the process of the Psychological capital development, this research designed specific development strategies.
