Rearch On Yao Yongkang's Image Ceramic Scuplture Techniques

The art of Chinese image ceramic sculpture is rooted in Chinese culture.In the field of image ceramic sculpture,YAO YONGKANG,as the pioneer of the concept of modern image ceramic sculpture,plays an important role in the development of Chinese image ceramic sculpture.The author understands YAO YONGKANG'S creation environment from various aspects and conducts research and analysis with the guidance of his tutor.Starting with the concept of image,this paper defines the image as between the abstract and the concrete.According to the author's inner feelings,various image techniques are applied to transform the objective object prototype,and subjective emotions are added into the transformation.The image ceramic sculpture is defined as the ceramic sculpture works created under the image style,and the characteristics of Chinese image ceramic sculpture are analyzed: the form is full of verve,the whole sense is unified,and the subjective emotion is strong.The key part is the analysis of YAO YONGKANG'S image ceramic sculpture techniques from the aspects of materials,modeling and image expression.On modelling use the technique of phase-wise roll model and line adornment;In terms of image expression,the theme selects traditional Chinese elements,USES traditional Chinese painting and combines various composition methods.On this basis,the artistic style of YAO YONGKANG'S image ceramic sculpture is summarized,and the unique creative techniques of YAO YONGKANG'S image ceramic sculpture are applied to his graduation creation.Add personal understanding and inspiration,combined with graduation works "IF YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS HANGING HEART" "AUTUMN SONG" "SPLASH" "FLOW "COLD COLOR" and other ceramic sculpture to carry out specific analysis.I found problems in the creation and carried out experiments in response to the problems.I designed experiments to verify whether extending the stale time of mud materials and adding paper scraps and white latex in the mud materials can enhance the plasticity of soil.I also practiced my independent ideas in the creation and created my graduation work "SHENG HUA".
