In the hundreds of years of the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the township sages served as the mission of educating the people and admiring the merits. It is an important code for the ancient society to constitute the sage politics, and an important way for Confucian culture to participate in social construction. The role is a concentrated expression of the cultural development of the local region and one of the spiritual bonds that the central and local governments agree with each other. After the establishment of Guizhou Province, with the deepening of the land reform and immigration, the promotion of towns with Chinese cultural ideology emerged, the forest trade strengthened the economic ties with the outside world, and the large-scale introduction of Confucianism began with various schools. All of this has changed the social structure of Guizhou in a subtle way, which is the necessary foundation for the generation of its ancestral culture. The ancestral rituals of the townships have gradually risen to the important part of the national dynasty in the early Ming Dynasty.Whether or not they have entered the country has become a national standard for judging the status of the sage.First of all,the position of Xiangxian was fixed in the Temple of Literature in the Ming Dynasty, and it was separated from the famous monks.Secondly, the criteria for the entry of the sages into the country have basically formed five important principles:virtue, merit, political achievements, science and loyalty.Again, the specificity and complexity of the township ethics should be presented in the actual operation. There is no regularity;the gods, sacrifices, tributes, sacrifices, sacrifices, and ceremonies, which are necessary for the sacrifice of the sages, are complete in many towns and villages. This special group of Xiangxian officially became a product of the national will in the Ming Dynasty, and was included in the state's political and religious system, and further extended in the Qing Dynasty. In the nearly 500 years of the Ming and Qing Dynasties, there were 337 townships distributed in various regions of Guizhou.Among them, political changes and localization were important factors, showing local origins, sudden increase in numbers, and imperial examinations. The geographical characteristics of the five aspects, such as uneven distribution and family characteristics, have positive social significance in promoting the development ofGuizhou's local culture, reflecting Guizhou's awareness of the Central Plains culture and the performance of the Central Dynasty to maintain stability in the Southwest.
