Currently,under the background of advocating core literacy cultivation largely in our country,how to transform knowledge teaching in classroom to quality cultivation has become the focus in domestic and overseas.Instant teaching evaluation is the most direct,effective and timely teaching evaluation mode,and it is the core element and realization form of teaching evaluation,which is of great importance for literacy cultivation and comprehensive development of students.Core literacy cultivation can not be accomplished in an action but it is a slow process of accumulation,therefore,the teachers should conduct instant teaching evaluation well,which directly affect the classroom teaching effect and has indispensable role in English ability cultivation of students.This research takes “instant teaching evaluation behavior of English teachers in primary schools” as research object,starts from theoretical foundation for research on instant teaching evaluation of English teachers in primary schools,and adopts methods of literature reference,observation,interview and case analysis to conduct survey on current situation of instant teaching evaluation of English teachers in primary schools,summarize advantages and existing problems of instant teaching evaluation,analyze corresponding reasons and further propose optimization strategy for instant teaching evaluation of English teachers in primary schools.This paper is mainly composed of four parts:The part of introduction.This part expounds the research reason and corresponding researches on the premises of current instant teaching evaluation andinstant teaching evaluation of English teachers,describes related research situations of instant teaching evaluation of English teachers in primary schools in details,expounds the research purpose,significance and methods,and focuses on the starting point and objective of this research.Part ? is theoretical analysis on instant teaching evaluation of English teachers in primary schools.This part firstly defines related concepts,and then starts from three theories such as Teaching Theory of Postmodernism,Dialogue Theory and Humanistic Theory and Developmental evaluation Theory to analyze the theoretical foundation of instant teaching evaluation,expounds basic requirements of content comprehensiveness,correct time,object universality and mode suitability for instant teaching evaluation of English teachers in primary schools from three aspects including new English curriculum standard,English subject characteristics and physical and mental development characteristics of primary school students.Part ? is practical investigation on instant teaching evaluation of English teachers in primary schools.Combined with classroom observation and interview with teachers,the author relies on data,classroom cases and interview to conduct analysis on instant teaching evaluation of English teachers in primary schools,summarizes the positive aspects of instant teaching evaluation of English teachers based on comprehensive analysis: the teachers know the role of instant teaching evaluation,pay attention to acquisition of language knowledge skills,focus on cultivation of emotional attitude,have awareness of instant evaluation,pay attention to gender equality,usage of praise-based evaluation mode and evaluation implementation according to age feature of students.Meanwhile,the author also points out the insufficiency in instant teaching evaluation application of English teachers: they neglect to cultivate cultural awareness and adjust learning strategy,have weak instant evaluation awareness,neglect evaluation on the students having difficulty in English learning,neglect evaluation mode existence and diversified evaluation modes,neglect evaluation according to practical situation of students.Finally,the author analyzes the reasons for existing problems of instant teachingevaluation on English teachers in primary schools from four aspects,such as insufficient cognition of teachers on humanistic nature of English course,insufficient knowledge and ability of teachers in instant teaching evaluation,teachers lacking of systematic learning and training and teachers lacking of understanding on students.Part ? is optimization strategy for instant teaching evaluation of English teachers in primary schools.Firstly,it is needed to pay attention to concept change and enhance teachers' cognition on connotation of instant teaching evaluation and humanistic nature of English course.Secondly,it is needed to focus on theoretical learning and enrich the knowledge basis of teachers in instant teaching evaluation through layered training,combination of theory and practice as well as teaching and research activities implementation.Thirdly,it is needed to lay emphasis on practical training of teachers thus to enhance their practical ability in instant teaching evaluation,such as observing classroom teaching,accumulating experience in instant teaching evaluation,persisting teaching reflection,optimizing original cognition,establishing learning-based organizations and strengthening cooperation and communication.Finally,it is needed to strengthen communication with students and pay attention to evaluation content comprehensiveness,evaluation mode suitability and evaluation object difference thus to enhance pertinency of instant teaching evaluation of English teachers.
