Kazuo Ishiguro(1954-)is a well-known contemporary Japanese-British novelist who is one of the "Migrant Three Heroes" in contemporary British fiction literary circles.And he is the winner of the Nobel Prize for Literature in 2017.Ishiguro's novels show the ethical relationship and order of human beings in the war,and reflect high sense of social responsibility of the writer.This thesis focuses on the narrative ethics of his war novels from the three perspectives,including the forms,the connotation and the source.It explores the value of literature and significance of social and culture in narrative ethics of Ishiguro's novels.The introduction reviews the life and creation of Kazuo Ishiguro,combs and analyzes the current situation of Kazuo Ishiguro's research at home and abroad;on this basis,it highlights the academic ideas,theoretical methods and innovative significance of narrative ethics research.The first chapter analyzes the narrative ethical expressions of Ishiguro's war novels.It included the use of the first-person narrative perspective and unreliable narrative to show the dislocation and disguise of the facts,showing the unreliability of narrative;from two special metaphorical images and the same image meaning The change reveals the author's ingenious conception and ethical significance;the Chinese and British opium and the Japanese invasion of China's war in Shanghai have begun to interpret memories and reality in a specific space,reflecting the individual's loss of identity in a particular spiritual space.The second chapter focuses on the narrative ethical connotation of Kazuo Ishiguro's war heroes.We can through the ethics of children's ethics,the bleak personal situation under the change of war ethical values,and Analysis of the dilemma of ethical choices in face of historical wars,explore three aspects of ethics in.Kazuo Ishiguro's war novels: the ethics of reflection on Japanese militarism,the British and Japanese Criticism of China's Oppression in history,and the attitude of war history.The third chapter analyzes the source of the ethical consciousness of Kazuo Ishiguro's war novels.Mainly from the calm and objective perspective of the influence of English and Japanese dual culture,personal social experience,the post-war world's scars and post-modern ethical dilemmas,it is pointed out that Ishiguro's concern for war ethics is rooted in modernity and war.Reflections,the focus on children's ethical issues stems from their personal childhood experiences,and their concern for individual ethics stems from his social work experience.The conclusion is that Kazuo Ishiguro's war novels reflect the living conditions of "human" by reflecting on war.Its narrative ethics has profound meaning and value of the times,enlightening our expanding thinking on contemporary society.
