A Study On Animated Ip Design Of Folk Songs In Northern Shaanxi

The development of cultural creative industry is the inevitable result of growing cultural self-confidence and integrated innovation in recent years.IP is the abbreviation of "Intellectual Property",literally interpreted as "intellectual property rights",also known as "ownership of knowledge" which refers to "the property rights of the obligee to the results created by his or her intellectual labor",generally only valid within a limited period of time.The word "IP" has attracted wide attention since 2014.Tapping into traditional cultural resources to develop excellent IP and create culltural and creative industries is a dual requirement for the development of traditional culture and modem economic transformation.As an important representative of northern Shaanxi culture,Northern Shaanxi folk songs ha.ve high cultural and artistic values.Nowadays,the original recreational and practical values of northern Shaanxi folk songs are gradually weakened,and the cultural and artistic values are not fully reflected.The inheritance and exploitation of folk songs in northern Shaanxi are lagging behind and face a crisis of survival and development.Under the background of the country's emphasis on cultural development and cultural self-confidence,cultural and creative industries have become new engines for reshaping cultural confidence and promoting economic transformation and development.The innovation and development of folk songs in northern Shaanxi will play a positive role in the dissemination and transformation of folk songs in northern Shaanxi.From the perspective of cultural and creative industries and traditional culture,the article expounds the advantages of integration and innovation between them,taking the IP image design of blue flower,a folk song of northern Shaanxi,as the entry point to develop the IP of folk songs in northern Shaanxi.Traditional culture and the aesthetics of the times are transformed creatively to conceive,design,develop and operate cultural and creative products.The extraction of elements of the northern Shaanxi folk song blue flower,the sketch design and the three-dimensional production technology,3D printing,derivative development,promotion and operation are integrated in the design process in which the theory and practice are combined to verify the feasibility of cultural and creative development.Taking the development of folk songs in northern Shaanxi as an example,this paper explores the development mode and strategy of excellent traditional culture and creative industries in China.
