Case Analysis On Sustainable Entrepreneurship Of Lanzhou Creative Cultural Industrial Park

Lanzhou Creative Cultural Industrial Park(hereinafter referred to as “the Park”)which was founded in 2009 is one of the cultural and creative industrial parks invested and built by private enterprises in Gansu Province.In the entrepreneurial process,the Park gradually achieved sustainable entrepreneurship by constructing a cultural and creative industry incubator and other measures.In 2017,approved by the Ministry of Culture,the Park gained a qualification of establishing the first batch of national cultural industry demonstration parks.However,the Park is located in northwest China where the cultural creative industries are less developed in comparison to other regions of China.Moreover,the Park has been facing severer external environment from its establishment,causing that the Park has to confront with tough operating pressure and arduous challenges.Taking Lanzhou Creative Cultural Industrial Park as a case,untangling the entrepreneurial process of the Park based on the entrepreneurial management theory and triple bottom line theory,this paper analyzes the excellent experience and shortcomings in the progress of establishing the Park,provides references for other cultural and creative companies in northwest China,and gives a case for researching sustainable entrepreneurship.This paper includes the background materials of research and analyzes the current situation of sustainable entrepreneurship research at home and abroad and then design an experiment based on the results of analyses above.In addition,based on the researching materials formed by investigation,the paper describes the progress of building the Park in time sequence.Meanwhile,the paper uses the sustainable entrepreneurship and relevant theories to analyze sequentially all the factors which are included in the progress of building the Park,studies how they affect the sustainable entrepreneurship of the Park,and compares entrepreneurship with sustainableentrepreneurship.Finally the paper generalizes the key factors that affect the the formation of sustainable entrepreneurship and the general process of the formation of sustainable entrepreneurship and then provides some suggestions of how to build sustainable entrepreneurship for the Park and other cultural and creative companies in northwest China.The main conclusion of this paper is as follow: Sustainable entrepreneurial strategies and goals,sustainable entrepreneurial insights and sustainable entrepreneurial actions are the key factors during the formation of sustainable entrepreneurship.The general process of forming a sustainable entrepreneurship is based on the strategies and goals of sustainable entrepreneurship through sustainable entrepreneurial insights caused by practicing and observing to find out the sustainable entrepreneurial actions that building a sustainable entrepreneurship needs and completes all the related actions.
