Research On Liu Jude's Art

Liu Jude is a famous contemporary Chinese artist.He is a student of Pang Xunyi and Wu Guanzhong.Based on his study of tradition and the idea of going into nature,he explored the spirit of Chinese traditional art.He combines the ink taste of Chinese tradition with the formal language of Western modern art.He hopes to create an artistic effect with Chinese philosophical spirit and oriental artistic conception,in his own artistic creation.He infused the international language into traditional ink painting,and at the same time he kept the traditional ink in the traditional meaning of Chinese traditional spirit.So he formed his own unique artistic language.This article analyzes the development of Liu Jude's art from five aspects: First,I have sorted out Liu's life experience.Secondly,I have sorted out the development of his painting art and described the characteristics of his painting art at different stages.I also performed a similar analysis of his ceramics,sculptures,illustrations,animations,installations,and calligraphy.Based on the analysis of Liu Jude's artistic style,I further studied the reasons for his style and the aesthetic characteristics of his works.At the end,I analyzed the inspiration and significance of his artistic style to the artistic creation of contemporary China.
