An Experimental Study On Motor Skills Transfer Of Sports Dance

Sports dance is a sports art project that integrates fitness,entertainment,grace and competition.It includes three categories: Latin dance,modern dance and group dance.Through social surveys,Rumba and Waltz are the introductory dances of Latin dance and modern dance,respectively,and people will learn both at the same time.From the perspective of the migration of motor skills,whether there is a migration phenomenon between Latin dance and modern dance motor skills,what are the specific aspects,and what are the factors affecting the migration are worth exploring.And research.This article takes this as a starting point,using literature methods,questionnaires,teaching experiment methods and other research methods,taking rumba and waltz as examples,through the teaching experiment to analyze the effect of motor skills migration between the two,in order to improve teaching efficiencyand learning benefits.The research results show that:1.A comparative analysis of the movements of rumba and waltz respectively showed that the experimental techniques of the two experimental groups increased with the extension of the experimental time;At the same time,the experimental results show that it is better to learn waltz first than to learn rumba,so it is better to learn waltz first.2.Through the analysis of the action,the waltz-to-rumba dance is mainly positive migration in the experiment;in the middle of the experiment,the Rumba Dance is mainly negative migration,and in the later stage of the experiment,it has a slight influence on both left and right steps and forward steps.3.Throughout the teaching experiment,the movement of motor skills between Rumba and Waltz is mainly reflected in the two aspects of “body posture” and “music expression”,while the impact on “technical quality” is small.4.In the middle of the experiment,the influence of waltz on rumba dance is reflected in body posture and musical expression,which are reflected in "head position" and "frame type(frame)".On the four indicators of “time value of the foot”and “accuracy of the overall rhythm”,the movement of motor skills is mainly positive;while the influence of rumba on the waltz is concentrated on the body posture and technical quality.Specifically,it has a positive influence on the "intelligence of music rhythm","accuracy of the overall rhythm","coordination of the main force and the power foot",and "coordination of the hands and feet",in the "position of the pelvis","There is a negative migration effect on the shape of the knee and on the shape of the foot.5.At the end of the experiment,the influence of waltz on rumba is concentrated in the expression of music,especially in the "time value of the body",the "time value of the foot" and the "accuracy of the overall rhythm".The positive migration performance of the indicators is obvious;and the rumba dance has a negative migration effect on the mathematical statistics such as the position of the pelvis and the shape of the foot when the foot is out,on the relevant indicators such as the overall rhythm accuracy.It reflects the impact of positive migration.6.In the process of teaching experiment,the transfer of motor skills is influenced by many factors.The main influencing factors are: whether there are common technical action elements,learning content,learning order and class schedule,as well as the mastery of sports skill transfer theory.
