With the development of society,people not only begin to pursue material life,but also pay more and more attention to the quality of spiritual life,hoping to obtain high-quality life and enrich spare-time culture.The state also attaches great importance to the cultivation of sports spirit in higher education,and has put forward the development goal of setting up relevant majors in physical education colleges and universities in Several Principles and Opinions on the Structural Adjustment of Undergraduate Majors in General Colleges and Universities.The outline of the 13th Five-Year Plan also advocates the active dissemination of sports spirit,emphasizing the improvement of physical education quality in colleges,integrating physical education resources,developing and cultivating athletics talents,and conforming to the developmental needs of contemporary society[1].The appearance of dance performance major is a concrete embodiment of meeting the needs of social development and people's fitness demand.It integrates the content commonness of different types of sports and dances,combining dance performance with physical educational courses.It's not only interesting and entertaining,but also delightful to watch and beneficial for keeping fit.With more focus on the fusion of sports and art,the integration of sports and dance combines the advantages of both,showing the feeling of strength in athletic activities and the sense of beauty in dancing art at the same time.It can not only help keep fit,but also develop graceful body shape,improving the overall temperament.Dance performance major in physical education colleges and universities has a unique style in talent cultivation.It integrates the advantages of sports and art.It not only has its unique arrangement in professional theory,but also has special provisions in sports skills,hoping to satisfy the demand from different areas for dance performance talents.Motor skill,also known as"movement skill",refers to the ability to master and effectively complete special movements in human motions.How to evaluate the learning level of students'sports skills has become an important lever to lead the teaching process.During the process of sports skill evaluation,both the content structure,namely the proportional distribution of sports events and dance events,and the professional characteristics,namely"performance"major,should be considered.Over the years,physical education colleges and universities have attached great importance to the assessment of sports skills in talent training.In line with the basic idea of innovation,the assessment content and methods have been constantly improved,making sports skills assessment become a guide for students'learning,and serve the whole process of training dance performance professionals.The research methods applied in this paper include literature study,survey method such as questionnaires and expert interview,mathematical statistics and logic analysis.The paper is based on the understanding of professional skills assessment content and assessment methods of dance performance major in current physical education institutes,trying to analyze the common characteristics and find out existing problems.The author utilizes relevant theory of education and sports skill to analyze,combines with the features of current various physical education institutes and puts forward the corresponding solutions,while testifying the feasibility and rationality in dance professional motor skills assessment practice in the Physical Education Institute of Hebei Normal University,expecting that the contents and methods of sports skill evaluation proposed in this paper can provide references for the teaching evaluation of dance performance majors in physical education institutes.The research results are as follows:?1?At present,most of the evaluation contents of sports skills of dance performance majors in physical education institutes in China focus on individual or combined movements,with the teaching contents of the teaching syllabus as the main line.Most schools and departments use the same way as sports events to evaluate the professional sports skills of dance performance,which is only limited or focuses on the normative repetition of sports skills.?2?The common characteristics of dance performance evaluation in colleges and universities across the country are the teaching and learning based on sports and art,and the teaching and evaluation are carried out according to the characteristics of performance to lay a solid foundation for talent training and social needs.For teachers and students,it can not only fully reflect the teaching level,improve the teaching quality and enrich the classroom content,but it can also mobilize the enthusiasm of the students,stimulate students'interest to take the initiative to participate in the evaluation.?3?Using the three-stage theory of cognition,combination and automation proposed in Motor Skill Learning,as well as the theory put forward in Competitive Sports Education,which maintains that practice is through the transformation of people's subjective consciousness and promotes further practice of the main line to innovate,this study designs evaluation schemes with different structures,aiming at different stages for students who major in dance performance,according to the talents training goal and different learning states and environment.The evaluation schemes refine the evaluation content and way,including evaluation of special sports skill courses,of multi-item sports skill combination and evaluation of comprehensive sports skill performance.?4?In order to verify the operability and effectiveness of the evaluation schemes designed in this study,the course evaluation and multi-item sports skill combination evaluation were carried out in dance performance major in the Physical Education Institute of Hebei Normal University.The practical results show that the evaluation scheme designed in this paper has been recognized by both teachers and students.Its appraisal content and means prove to be exercisable.It also provides referable basis for the content and method of professional evaluation of dance performance.
