In recent years,with the unprecedented development of the Internet,a vast amounts of information on the Internet.The traditional search engine cannot let the user obtain the information from Internet fast and accurately.In this case,automatic question answering system has gradually become the hot spot of research,because its can get answer in some major problems directly and accurately.But,in the process of the users use automatic question answering system,they propose the question diversity and informality,which makes the system difficult to get the user questions semantic accurately,so accuracy of the answer from automatic question answering system feedback is not high.Under the background of global integration,people no longer satisfied with the use of mother tongue to retrieve information,they want to achieve across languages information query,however,questions query of across languages is a difficult problem in the field of natural language processing.In the field of information query across languages from automatic question answering system,the Chinese/English bilingual question answering system has a unique application value,because Chinese is spoken by the largest number of people in the world,and English is the most widely used language.The first stage of build automatic question answering system is question understanding stage,the purpose is to let the computer understand the user's question semantic and get the user query intention,provide the basis for the back of the information retrieval.Question understanding generally have three phases,consists of lexical analysis,syntactic analysis and semantic analysis,at present,the question of semantic analysis is still the bottleneck of natural language processing.In the field of information retrieval and question answering system,the user's query has the similarity,for example,many of people are to query concepts or physical properties,and some are on the relationship between the concept and the relationship,the query on the structure is similar,so we can put these query extraction based on domain ontology,and get representative,encapsulates of the semantic information constitute questions template,enhance the accuracy in question answering system.So the question understanding method based on domain ontology and template logic has very important practical significance.Based on the practical significance,the paper research the Chinese/English bilingual Q&A system from domain ontology and template logic,and puts forward a question template based on domain ontology and template logic structure,the structure can be cross-language and accurately express the semantic of question template.The paper mainly do the work from the following four aspects:First,Build the curriculum domain ontology applied linguists to quiz.The paper use the technology based on ontology to build knowledge base,and realized based on the "Computer foundation course" in the field of ontology in both Chinese and English,and by building domain ontology to achieve the formalization and sharing of domain knowledge.Second,Put forward the question template structure domain ontology and logic based on template.Based on domain ontology and template logical questions raised questions semantic precision of the template template structure,realizes the cross language question semantic representation based on logical expression,at the same time,based on domain ontology of first-order logic system enhances the question templates power of expression and representation,thereby reducing the question the size of the template library.Third,Put forward the question processing and template matching method based on domain ontology and logic.Through the domain ontology and template logical question processing and matching method eliminating some ambiguity that the semantic analysis has brought,also due to the method do not require syntactic analysis process,that making the question simple,made the question answering system accuracy improved.Fourth,made the bilingual question and answer system in Chinese and English came true.Using the general theory of software engineering and ontology,adopting J2EE technology architecture based on the“Computer foundation course,in the field of the Chinese/English bilingual question answering system has carried on the design and implementation,and has carried on the experiment to the performance of the application system and evaluation.
