This paper discuss the novel visual identity system (VIS)of enterprise based on modern digitized information technology and intervened by multimedia technology, which develops in diversification from statics, planarity, noiseless to dynamic, three-dimension and link between visual and audio, and appears in multimedia ways and medium in different postures. Because of the obvious feature of digital media and multi-media design element, the design content of visual identity (VI)of the novel digitized enterprise can form a more complete and widen system in application, compared with the traditional image identity.Firstly, the basic concept of multi-media design is elaborated by analyzing the five elements of multi-media content and narrating the type of multimedia, which lays a theoretical foundation for the study of paper; this paper also depicts the appearance of traditional VI from the basic concept of corporate identity and the exploration of the view of history to corporate VI.Secondly, by analyzing the network communication environment and new environment of transmit information of multi-media channels, this paper requires the inevitability and rationality of VIS design going into pluralism; by studying the intervention of multi-media technology to VIS, this paper found that the VIS supported by scientific technology and multiple carriers has interactivity, flexibility and motility compared with the traditional VI design, its features of dynamic and stereoscopic, the link between audio and visual enrich the artistic designing language, which is more suitable for the current aesthetic taste; this paper puts forward the word MIS (Multi Identity System), which is better applied to identity design of digital enterprise image, the content of this part has no material for reference in domestic. What's more, the theoretical part of this paper is supported by practice with the analysis to case involved by author of image identity design of multimedia, and discussed from the aspects of technology, aesthetic level and the effect of audio and visual.At last, from macro view of modern new media environment, uhiquitous multiple mode of t ransmission and different technique of expression which isdirect to sense become the features of now VIS, they not only cover the part of traditional VI design, but fill the part that traditional ? cannot touch based on computer technology. Thereby, a efficient, pluralistic system that is complete and meets the current reception of information transmission is truly formed with communication environment, technical support, design content and corporate, and elaborates that only combines with scientific technology can modern design really realize the highly uniform between artistic designing and science& technology from expecting the aspects of application innovation and user analysis, this is the growing trend of artistic designing in the future.
