The Influence Of Working Stress And Resilience Of The Aircraft Maintenance Personnel On Quality Of Life

Objective:To find the current situation and characteristics of the working stress,resilience and quality of life of the aircraft maintenance Personnel;To exPlore the influence of the working stress and the resilience on the quality of life of the maintenance Personnel,;To verify the moderate effect of the resilience on the working stress and the quality of life of the maintenance Personnel?Methods:Using the "Work Stress Source Scale","Adult Resilience Scale" and "Quality of Life Measurement Scale" to investigate the working stress,resilience and the quality of life of 370 men maintenance PersonnelResults:(1)The total average of the aircraft maintenance Personnel's working stress is(66.9 ± 12.39),which is obviously lower than the theoretical value of 57 Points.According to the comparison of the working stress and the theoretical value,the main resource of working stress are followed by working itself,organization and management,role stress,career development,interpersonal relationship.(2)The total average of the aircraft maintenance Personnelr s resilience is(60.90± 13.10),which are lower than the Chinese norm(65.40 ± 13.90)and the US norm(80.40 ± 12.80);The total average of the aircraft maintenance Personnel's quality of life is(48.5 ± 7.64),which is significantly lower than the theoretical median of 72 Points.(3)There is not a significant correlation between working stress and resilience(P>0.05).There is a significant negative correlation between working stress with it's various dimensions and quality of life with it's various dimensions(P<0.01,P<0.05).There is a significant Positive correlation between resilience with it' s various dimensions and quality of life with it's various dimensions(P<0.01,P<0.05).(4)The resilience of rmaintenance Personnel has significant moderate effect between working stress and quality of life(? =-0.003**);Moreover,resilience can moderate the relationshiP between role stress,interPersonal relationshiPs,organizational management and quality of life(? =-0.012*,? =-0.022**,?=-0.046***).Conclusions:(1)The working Pressure of the aircraft maintenance Personnel is on the middle level,The source of working stress for maintenance Personnel follows by working itself;organizational management,role stress,career develoPment and interPersonal relationshiPs.The level of resilience and quality of life of the aircraft maintenance Personnel is under the moderate level.(2)There is no significant correlation between working stress and resilience of the aircraft maintenance Personnel.Working stress and quality of life with its various dimensions have significant negatively relationshiP.Moreover,The correlation between resilience with its various and quality of life with its various is Positively significant.(3)The resilience of the aircraft maintenance Personnel has moderate effect in the working Pressure and quality of life,and it also can adjust the imPact from the role of stress,interPersonal relationshiPs and organizational management to the quality of life.
