I love realism oil painting very much.During the development process of oil painting,a large number of schools of art have emerged,and each of them has its own characteristics.As far as I am concerned,the essence of realistic painting is drawn on and absorbed to make the oil painting more suitable for the needs of contemporary society.In the course of my painting study,the most attractive thing of realistic painting is their direct description techniques toward nature,as well as their graduate creation through learning realism painter’s artistic techniques and their own thought.As the true art of depicting the nature of things,realistic painting owns realistic art techniques.Meanwhile,the subject also boasts of typicality,which can be seen in our daily life.By learning realistic painting masters’ works,I have known the characteristics of painting lied in the artist’s artistic language and their unique drawing skills,which can show the uniqueness and creativity.By studying realistic artists ’ subject and art techniques,I deeply felt the importance of emotion and language in the art work.At the sametime,I attempted different materials in oil painting while I was learning realistic painting theories to guide my painting practice of painting realism art theory.Through painting figures and scenes,copying masters’ works,learning realism art techniques and artistic language,finally I finished my oil painting-Life is like a Song.My paintings all depict my hometown.Though I know the subject I chosen is ordinary,plain,no novelty and even unfashionable,I consider the excellent art should not mind if they are old or new,but the true emotion and persisted art pursuit.For me,graduate creation is a process of practice,an experience,a kind of learning method,as well as a guide to my future.The practice of creation becomes more meaningful in my life.Therefore,I will make a report on oil painting.
