Study On The Comprehensive Culture Service Center Of D Town In Hubei Province

On the sixth plenum of the 17th CPC central committee,"Constructing a powerful socialistic cultural country "was proposed as a strategic target.On the 18th National Congress of CPC,the "Cultural Power Strategy "became a national strategy.These signals all shows that the cultural development is one of the core work of the party and state at this stage.If we want to strengthen our country by culture,the construction of the public cultural service system is the top priority at this stage.Building up a comprehensive and mature public cultural service system is of great importance to guarantee and improve the cultural level of the whole society.On the way of building up a comprehensive system,the construction of rural public cultural service system lags behind the urban area.The comprehensive culture service center of township is a key component of the rural public cultural service system,so the construction of it have great influence on the development of rural public cultural service system.Based on this,this paper does a case study of D town in Hubei province and tries to give some helpful suggestions to the construction of comprehensive culture station of township and the whole rural public cultural service system.The mainbody of this paper includes 5 chapters.The first chapter introduces the reason of choosing this topic,the research status in home and abroad,research methods and ideas,and the difficulties and innovation points of the paper.In the second chapter,some fundamental concepts,theories and policies of rural public cultural service system and comprehensive culture service center of township are being introduced.The core content of the third chapter is the history and current situation of comprehensive culture service center of township.The forth chapter is a case study of D town's comprehensive culture service center.And based on the forth chapter's study,the fifth chapter gives some suggests to the construction of D town's comprehensive culture service center.
