Chinese character design is not only a cultural science but also a plastic art.It is the ultimate goal of the research of this thesis to verify the theory of font design and summarize the scientific laws through theory.Compared with foreign letters,Chinese characters that are artistic,national,and cultural have greater application space in design,and have more research value in contemporary times that emphasize internationalization and nationalization design.Font design is one of the sources of graphic design.From font design to layout design,the basic rules of graphic design are included,and text is the most important design element.The relationship between words and content,the relationship between words and layouts,the relationship between words and space,the relationship between words and figures,the relationship between words and words,the relationship between words and information levels,the emotional factors generated by the use of words,historical factors,etc.,all need the designer to pay close attention to.Both the audience and the designers prefer graphic symbols and love images because they are more visually appealing,and text expressions tend to appear boring.Therefore,the application of Chinese characters in design is often overlooked.This article aims to understand Chinese characters.Under the premise of culture,the use of aesthetic laws,constituent laws,modeling laws,decorative methods,and the principles of the Gestalt,etc.,on the basis of experimental transformation of Chinese character modeling,thus summarizing the Chinese character modeling design rules,summarizing the Chinese character modeling design method,and exploring The beauty of the design of Chinese characters.The first chapter of this dissertation is an overview of Chinese characters.It mainly discusses the historical development and classification of Chinese characters.In the second chapter,it analyzes the development of Chinese font design and the domestic Chinese characters in countries such as Japan,Korea and Vietnam.The characteristics of the font design;the third chapter is the significance of Chinese character modeling and design,respectively illustrates the Chinese character modeling design is the needs of national design,"people-oriented" embodiment and Chinese character modeling design has a clearcommunication and in line with the concept of green design;Chapters 4 and 5 are the most important parts of this article.There are many pens and inks.In the fourth chapter,the characteristics and design methods of Chinese character modeling are emphatically elaborated.The Chinese character modeling and design methods mainly deal with the three categories of brand Chinese characters,creative Chinese characters and Chinese characters.Analysis;the fifth chapter is the research on the application of Chinese character modeling and design in visual communication.It analyzes the theory and examples from the aspects of brand identity,packaging and print advertising.The last chapter summarizes the performance characteristics of Chinese characters in the current era.The development trend suggests that we should upload and innovate on the basis of the structure of traditional Chinese cultural culture,so that the Chinese character can be modeled.Meter show greater charm.
