In the history of Chinese painting,the Green landscape emerged as the first peak of Chinese landscape painting,and it was also the initial form of Chinese landscape painting.It directly or indirectly influenced the formation of Ink landscapes that gradually became mainstream.Li Sixun and Li Zhaodao,as representatives of Green landscape,have an irreplaceable role in the history of Chinese painting.However,there is a strange phenomenon.Their painting style has been inherited and developed only by some painters in the Tang and Song dynasties,but it has been marginalized later in the Yuan,Ming and Qing dynasties.Meticulous landscape and Li Xixun,Li Zhaodao's Green landscapes are unappreciated equally in today and basically at stagnant state.Through the comprehensive analysis and research on the "Li-Li"landscape pantings,we can find out the causes of the difficult predicament of ancient and modern landscapes,then providing a basis and direction for the creation of my landscape works.I also hope that I can make a modest contribution to the development of Meticulous landscape.
