Religious management is a complex and sensitive task.It is also determined by history.China's religious information management work is relatively slow.At present,the religious management using means of information technology only realizes the management of religious sites,and has not conducted any management of religious personnel and religious organizations.With the rapid development of science and technology and with the maturity of existing software technologies,digital protection of intangible cultural heritage based on computer technology has become a general trend.In view of the above-mentioned problem of the incomplete issues of religious management,the information management of the Bai Buddhism Tantric of the Acaya Buddhism in Jianchuan County is taken as an example.Proposing a combination of GIS technology and spatial database for the effective management of religious affairs,the thesis focuses on the current lack of management models and means and the low level of religious information management,aiming to research and design a Religious Information Management System based on ArcGIS Engine.The thesis combines the practical management needs of the Bai Buddhism Tantric of the Acaya Buddhism in Jianchuan County,and divides the religious management into several kinds including the management of teaching staff,the management of venues for religious activities,the management of mothers' associations,social economics,and geographic management,and analyzes the needs.The design principles and design goals of the system are given,and then the business flow and data flow of religious affairs management are analyzed in detail.And the thesis manages to design system management functions,teaching staff management functions,religious venue management functions,mother's management functions,socio-economic and geographic management functions,and system maintenance functions.Then,the construction of attribute database and spatial database is completed.Finally,by setting up the development environment and application platform,the specific functions such as system login,data and activity management,Identify,graph analysis,and spatial analysis are designed and implemented.The feature of the thesis is that through the discussion of the low level of religious informatization management in the current stage and uses GIS tounify the management and expression of the spatial data and attribute data(religious,cultural,and socio-economic data)performed in the same geospatial coordinates.Intuitive information on electronic maps or remote sensing images is used to search,retrieve,locate,and display information.It explores a new research method and management model for the study of living,flowing religious non-material cultural heritage.
