On The Formation And Development Of American Entrepreneurship In The Era Of Progressivism

As a country founded by entrepreneurs and businessmen,the United States has a fine tradition of business civilization.The era of progressives is the golden age for the development of large American enterprises,and is also the most acute period of contradiction between enterprises and society.Therefore,the era of progressives has become an important period for American enterprises to gradually become standardized and the formation and development of entrepreneurship.Based on the relevant economic theory of "the role of entrepreneurs in economic development",this paper examines the development process of American enterprise s in the era of American progressives from a historical perspective.Through the study,the author draws three main points:(1)the entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial spirit are important factors to promote economic development and productivity progress;(2)the spirit of entrepreneurship is the same as other social professional norms,which is a result of people's interaction,struggle and cooperation in history;(3)the spirit of entrepreneurship is the product of capitalism.It's the basic requirements and behavioral standards for the qualities of entrepreneurs in modern society.Therefore,it is of certain significance and value to affirm the social value of the entrepreneurs,to standardize the social behavior of the entrepreneurs and to carry forward the entrepreneurship for economic development and social progress.
