It is true that entrepreneurship is a precious and scarce social resource,and it is also the spiritual driving force for the continuous development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Cultivating entrepreneurship in the new era is of great significance for further realizing high-quality transformation and development and building a modern economic system.The cultivation of entrepreneurship cannot be separated from the cultivation of culture,which provides the value guidance and normative basis for entrepreneurship,and the regional culture makes the entrepreneurship with cultural characteristics and regional identity.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the cultivation of entrepreneurship from the perspective of regional culture.As a typical resource-based province,West China is faced with the important opportunities and challenges of adjusting industrial structure,realizing economic transformation and high-quality development.Shanxi’s successful transformation cannot be separated from the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy,which urgently needs a batch of excellent enterprises with great competitiveness and a large number of excellent entrepreneurs with excellent entrepreneurial spirit.On the basis of carrying forward the cultural function of socialism with Chinese characteristics,it is of great significance for Shanxi to fully excavate the rich spiritual connotation and contemporary value function of Sanjin culture,to provide cultural impetus and spiritual support for cultivating the entrepreneurship of Shanxi,and to form the entrepreneurship with the identity of Shanxi.The thesis is guided by Marx’s relevant expositions on entrepreneurs and Xi Jinping’s important viewpoints on entrepreneurship,draws lessons from the relevant Western entrepreneurship theories,and on the basis of empirical research on Shanxi entrepreneurship and its cultivation conditions,aims at Shanxi entrepreneurs There is a general lack of craftsmanship,innovation,and openness.The reasons are analyzed from the market competition environment,social and cultural atmosphere,training and education mechanism,etc.,and from the perspective of combining Shanxi’s regional culture and entrepreneurship cultivation,it is proposed to make full use of The spiritual essence,basic content,cultural characteristics,educational functions of Sanjin culture,etc.,discusses the overall ideas and specific measures for cultivating Shanxi’s entrepreneurial spirit from four aspects: value orientation,basic principles,social and cultural environment,and education and training mechanism.The research results of the thesis have certain reference value for fully excavating the times value and educating function of the Sanjin culture,and cultivating the entrepreneurial spirit of the new era. |
