Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Contemporary Rural Cultural Governance

On July 1,2016,General Secretary of Xi Jinping explicitly stated that "the Chinese Communists must uphold the principles of road self-confidence,system self-confidence,theoretical self-confidence and cultural self-confidence" at the 95 th anniversary celebration of the founding of the Chinese Communist Party.The first proposal of cultural self-confidence highlights the cultural foundation,cultural essence and cultural ideal of socialism with Chinese characteristics and marks our party's more explicit and broad cultural construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The Central Rural Work Conference held in Beijing on December 28,2017 put forward the strategy of "rejuvenating the country".The meeting pointed out that in accordance with the general requirements of thriving industry,livable ecology,rural culture,orderly governance and affluent life,we should establish and improve a mechanism for the integration of urban and rural areas.We should coordinate the promotion of rural economic construction,political construction,cultural construction,social construction,ecological civilization construction,and party building and accelerate the modernization of rural governance and governance capacity and accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.The strategy of rejuvenating villages suggests that we must inherit and develop to promote farming civilization and take the road to flourishing rural culture.This also requires that we must face up to the existing problems in the culture of the rural areas and take corresponding measures to solve them.The paper's title is “Research on the Governance of Contemporary Rural Culture”.This paper is mainly divided into three parts.Through the analysis and discussion of the three parts of the full text,in order to achieve a full understanding of the theoretical basis of contemporary Chinese rural cultural governance.Through the theoretical basis,it analyzes the problems and causes of contemporary rural cultural governance to solve the difficulties faced by rural cultural governance,better play the role of rural culture in rural governance,and achieve the purpose of promoting the construction of a new socialist countryside.This paper mainly through the literature research method,the interdisciplinary research method as well as the system analysis method and so on to the academic community on the rural cultural governance theory factor has done a certain finishing.On the basis of collecting,analyzing,and sorting out the literature on rural cultural governance,a preliminary exploration was carried out.Through various data analysis,a brief understanding of the governance of rural culture in China was obtained,and a clear idea was given on the contents of the paper's key research.The main innovation is to combine the current background of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era and reexamine the issue of rural cultural governance from a new perspective.The first part mainly elaborates the relevant definition,theoretical basis of rural cultural governance and the historical practice of rural cultural governance in China.The governance of rural culture is the solution to the "three rural issues" and the inevitable choice of the strategy of rural rejuvenation as well as an important way to strengthen Chinese cultural position and enhance cultural self-confidence.The second part mainly expounds the problems of rural cultural governance and the causes of the problems.Due to its inherent diversity,historicity and occlusion,rural culture will encounter various problems in its development.Today we have entered a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and rural culture has also created new problems.Only by finding the key points of contradictions can we solve them in a targeted manner.The third part mainly elaborates the effective measures for the governance of rural culture.The governance of rural culture requires multiple joint efforts.The rural culture in the new era must adapt to the needs of the development of the times and inject new vitality into a new socialist culture for sustainable development.
