Research On Rural Cultural Governance System Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

Rural cultural governance is an important mode of modern social governance and an inevitable requirement for Chinese-style modernisation.As Chinese modernization emphasizes people as the centre,how to meet the needs of farmers for a better spiritual life at a higher level and how to realize the revitalization of rural culture has become a major issue in the path of Chinese modernization.This study selects "rural cultural governance system in the context of rural revitalization" as the research object,adopts the literature research method,the systematic research method and a combination of theoretical and practical research methods,outlines the internal logic between rural revitalization strategy and rural cultural governance from a strategic perspective based on Marxist theory,and systematically studies The study also systematically examines the main contents,practical considerations and institutional construction of rural cultural governance in the context of rural revitalization,so as to provide institutional supply and technical support for cultural revitalization and promote the process of Chinese-style modernization.Specifically,this study consists of five main parts.The first part introduces the basis for the selection of this study,a review of domestic and international researches,the key points of the study and the research methodology,which is the logical starting point of this study.The second part clarifies the concepts,theoretical foundations and internal logic of the rural revitalization strategy and rural cultural governance at the theoretical level,which is the foundation of this study.On the basis of summarizing the historical experience of rural cultural construction,the third part outlines that rural cultural governance in the context of rural revitalization mainly focuses on five aspects of rural cultural inheritance,development,evaluation,guarantee and supervision,which are the whole process of rural cultural governance.It has a rich connotation and extension: cultural inheritance is the basic project of rural cultural governance,cultural development is the core requirement of rural cultural governance,cultural assessment is the measuring stick of rural cultural governance,cultural protection is the strategic support of rural cultural governance,and cultural supervision is the key grasp of rural cultural governance.The fourth part analyses the new historical height of rural cultural governance in the context of rural revitalization,which not only ushers in unprecedented realistic opportunities such as the increasing momentum of rural cultural inheritance,the deepening of rural cultural development,the new opportunities facing rural culture,the increasingly sound system of rural cultural protection,and the continuous improvement of the rural cultural supervision system.At the same time,it is also facing such realistic problems as the risk of the survival of rural traditional culture,the lack of vitality of rural cultural development,the disorder of rural cultural governance,the risk of safeguarding rural cultural resources and the risk of the lack of supervision of rural culture.Based on the analysis of the theoretical basis,main contents,realistic opportunities and realistic problems of rural cultural governance in the context of rural revitalization,Part V promotes the improvement and development of China’s rural cultural governance system through innovating the rural cultural inheritance system,improving the rural cultural development system,perfecting the rural cultural assessment system,establishing the rural cultural protection system and improving the rural cultural supervision system,and exploring the practical path of rural cultural governance in the context of rural revitalization.This will explore the practical path of cultural governance in the context of rural revitalization.In this way,we will promote the in-depth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in the new era,the continuous development of common prosperity,and continuously enhance the road,theoretical,cultural and institutional self-confidence of Chinese modernization.
