A Study On Wangxuan And His Poems And Articles

Wang Xuan was a leader in Gansu literary world in the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China period.He read a lot of books all his life and wrote incessantly.Until now,he has had more than a thousand of poems,more than 60 articles and a book called Cun lu Poetry.He also compiled a large number of local documents in Gansu province.All of these literature works has had extremely high value of literature and historical materials.Compared with Wang Xuan's rich creative achievements,the related academic research about him is very limited.Even the existing research of Wang Xuan is a brief introduction of his life and works.Based on the previous studies,in order to promote Wang Xuan and his creative research in depth,this paper makes a comprehensive discussion from five aspects: Wang Xuan's life writing,friendship,poetry,prose and the comments on poetry.The introduction part of this paper summarizes the previous research results,from the aspects of Wang Xuan's life,friendship,poetry and Cunlu Poetry,which deeply explains the significance and value of the topic.The main body of the paper consists of five parts: the first chapter introduces Wang Xuan's life and writings,which is divided into three stages: youth study,middle-aged official tour and living in the hometown in his later years.The first chapter also introduces Wang Xuan's life and gives a brief overview of Wang Xuan's works,such as Ji tuo Collection,the sequel collection to the Ji tuo and so on.The second chapter examines Wang Xuan's friendship from three aspects: the teacher,the best friend of the same year,and the Qian Ling members,which mainly find out the far-reaching influence of the teacher and beneficial friends in the process of Wang Xuan's growth.The third chapter discusses the ideological content and artistic characteristics of Wang Xuan's poetry.During the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China,Gansu province and even the whole country were in turmoil,and the people suffered deeply.Wang Xuan made a detailed record of his worries about the people and his luck as rafters,which can be called "the history of poetry".His poetry is rich in genre,deep in emotion,and has high artistic achievements.This chapter discusses the ideological content of Wang Xuan's poetry from the aspects of documentary concern for the people,chanting history and nostalgia,traveling to write scenery,thinking about relatives andmourning for death,chanting words and will,which is from the aspects of diverse poetic style,melancholy,changeable techniques,mainly white drawings,simple language and sincere feelings.All the bodies are ready,especially close to the body to reveal its artistic characteristics.The fourth chapter introduces the subject matter content and artistic characteristics of Wang Xuan's prose.Most of his prose was in Gansu province and Beijing when he was in politics and disaster relief,aiming at the financial malpractice of official administration at that time,he advocated the reform and relief of the students and the people,rich in emotion,distinct views,rigorous structure,and has a very high literature value and literary value.This chapter discusses the subject matter and content of his prose from the aspects of book opening,preface and postscript,miscellaneous notes,biography and so on,and reveals its artistic characteristics from the aspects of strong and sincere feelings,strict and orderly discussion,concise and plain language and so on.The fifth chapter discusses the content and value of Wang Xuan's Cunlu Poetry,and describes the content from the aspects of poetic propositions,recording of friendship materials,narration of northwest scenery and so on.And deeply explains the literature value,historical data value,ideological value and cultural value of Cunlu Poetry.The conclusion part fully affirms his important contribution to the literary world of Gansu Province in the late Qing Dynasty from the aspects of Wang Xuan's great changes in the late Qing Dynasty,his friendship and singing with famous literary figures such as Shuizi and Mu Shouqi,and his rich literary creation,and so on,which fully affirmed his important contribution to the literary world of Gansu Province in the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China.
