The Effect Of Family Upbringing On Collage Students' Learning Burnout:The Mediating Effect Of Emotion Regulation

Not only the learning burnout will affect college students' physical and mental health seriously for a long time,but also it has bad effects on colleges tudents' future development.There are some researchers have found that family upbringing is an important underlying factors of learning burnout,but few researchers investigate the internal mechanisms of family upbringing affect study burnout.Therefore,the study makes the college students as the research object,based on the emotion regulation,to discusses the mediation effect of emotion regulation between the family upbringing and learning burnout.In the first study,we made 490 college students as the object,used the Egna Minnen av Barndoms Uppfostran(EMBU)to measure college students' fam i-ly parenting,used the College students' Learning Burnout Inventory to measur-e the learning burnout of college students,used the Adolescent Self-Rating Life Events Check List(ASLEC)to control the variable named life events.Then,we studied the relationship between the family upbringing and the college stude-nts' learning burnout.The results showed that there was a negative correlation between good family parenting and college students' learning burnout,and there was a positive correlation between bad family parenting and college students' learning burnout.In the second study,we made 490 college students as the object,uesd the Chinese EMBU,the Emotion Regulation Questionnaire(ERQ)and the Colle ge student' Learning Burnout Inventory to discusses the relationship among the parenting styles,the learning burnout,and the emotion regulation strategies.The results showed that there are part of mediation effects of emotion regulati on between the family upbringing and learning burnout.Embodied in: cognitive reappraisal strategy has a part of mediation effect between the learning burnout and fathers' emotional warmth and understanding,father harsh,and punishme-nt;cognitive reappraisal strategy has a part of mediation effect between the mothers' emotional warmth,understanding,mother refused,deny,and learning burnout.This study proved that the family upbringing has prediction effect on collge students' learning burnout.Meanwhile,we found the cognitive reappraisa-l strategy has a part of mediation effect between family upbringing and college students' learning burnout.
