With the frequent abuse of antibiotic,the attention of “super bacteria” has continuously increased at domestic and overseas.The research of super bacteria is particularly important for the development of international medical undertakings.The translator analyses the source text under the guidance of Eugene Nida's functional equivalence theory.First of all,the author has done a lot of p preparation work,and read the parallel text of related topics as a translation reference.Secondly,the author analyzes the original text from three levels:lexical level,syntactic level and textual level.The original text is characterized by richness,professionalism and complexity at the lexical level,which including medical terminology,amphibious words.At the syntactic level,there are multiple phrase structures,passive voices,attributive clauses and third person sentences.At the chapter level,the source text belongs to scientific text;the expression is direct and logical.At the lexical level,the author uses literal translation method,free translation method and transliteration method.At the syntactic level,syntactic linearity,reverse method and recasting method are used.By completing this translation practice report,the author believes that as a translator,it is necessary to continuously strengthen her own translation ability.The author also hopes her translation can be a reference material for medical literature translation research.
