Research On The Development Of Poverty Alleviation And Employment Workshop Of Intangible Cultural Heritage In Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture Under The Perspective Of Tourism Field

Intangible cultural heritage,is the spiritual wealth of mankind and national important cultural resources.Linxia hui autonomous prefecture is the region where many poor people concentrated and poverty deeper.Poverty alleviation development is important and difficult work there,and development task is also heavier,so intangible cultural heritage of poverty alleviation is an innovative way for poverty alleviation and development coping with the complicated and arduous task.In July 2018,the notice on support to set up the poverty alleviation and employment workshop of intangible cultural heritage issued,and linxia hui autonomous prefecture is listed in the first national batch of "national intangible cultural heritage + poverty alleviation" list,including linxia county and JiShiShan county used as the two key counties.How to implement the workshop has been becoming the current problem need to solve.The Hezhou brick carving engraving process in Linxia County and the Baoan waist knife forging process in Jishishan County have unique industrial development value.Linxia brick carving and Baoan waist knife have high artistic attainments and artistic characteristics,and carry out the non-legacy industrial development of the two.It is an effective driving force for promoting the development of non-legacy and poverty-relief employment workshops in Linxia.From the perspective of tourism field,this paper uses system dynamics analysis framework,combining the two main research methods ——the literature collection method and the field investigation method,the Hezhou brick carvings in Linxia County and the Baoan waist knife of Jishishan County are taken as research objects.In order to explore the value of two intangible cultural heritages,the brick carvings of Hezhou and the production of Baoan waist knife was investigated,and the path and method of inheritance and protection were investigated and interviewed,so as to understand the production skills,cultural connotation and local minority culture.Analyze the explicit conditions for the development of non-legal poverty-relief employment workshops.Through the model of system dynamics,the development of complex non-legal and poverty-stricken employment workshops is analyzed,and the key subsystems are obtained.Suggestions and development paths are proposed for the subsystems,and it is widely used as the non-legal and poverty-relieving employment in Gansu Province.The development of the workshop provides a reference.For the research of poverty alleviation and employment workshop of intangible cultural heritage in linxia hui autonomous prefecture,this paper has two examples which are Hezhou brick carvings and baoan waist daggers.This paper is total divided into six parts to discuss: the second chapter analyzes the explicit conditions for the development of non-legal and poverty-relieving employment workshops in the tourism field through the construction of the tourism field in Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture.The third chapter establishes the non-legal poverty alleviation employment workshop in Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture under the tourism field under he system dynamics model;the fourth chapter simulates and empirically analyzes the non-legacy and poverty-relief employment workshops in Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture,starting from two aspects: labor intensity and inheritance behavior;the fifth chapter proposes Linxia Hui in the tourism field and he countermeasures and development path of the development of the autonomous prefecture and poverty alleviation employment workshops;the sixth chapter concludes the main functions of the non-legal poverty alleviation employment workshop,and reflects on this research.
