With the promotion of precise poverty alleviation work, the understanding of poverty alleviation by intangible cultural heritage(hereinafter referred to as "non-legacy poverty alleviation")has gradually deepened.Non-legacy poverty alleviation has gradually become an important anti-poverty means in ethnic areas.More and more ethnic minority areas also regard non-legacy poverty alleviation as an important way to get rid of poverty and develop economy. However, there are still many unavoidable problems such as transitional development and unequal distribution of benefits in the process of poverty alleviation. In the process of poverty alleviation,it is helpful to strengthen the positive perception effect and reduce the negative perception effect of poverty alleviation by non-survivors by paying attention to the perception effect, attitude and participation behavior of local villagers in poverty alleviation by non-survivors.Knowing the effect can improve villager's enthusiasm for participation in poverty alleviation and development.Starting from villager's the perceptual effect non-legacy poverty alleviation, this paper draws on the relevant knowledge of social exchange theory.Taking T villagers in Kashgar,Xinjiang as the research object, this paper investigates the local villagers through field visits and questionnaires, and explores the relationship between T villager's perception effect of non-legacy poverty alleviation and their participation behavior. The relationship model and six hypotheses of T villager's effect and participation behavior of non-legacy poverty alleviation were constructed, and the questionnaire data were analyzed by using SPSS18.0 software.Firstly, factor analysis was used to divide 23 items into three positive perception effect factors, three negative perception effect factors and one participation behavior factor. For T villagers with different demographic characteristics, variance analysis was used to compare positive and negative perception effect and participation behavior of poverty alleviation.Secondly,Pearson coefficient was used to analyze positive perception. Finally, the relationship between positive and negative perception effect and participation behavior is discussed by using probit regression model, which verifies the research hypothesis and relationship model. The results show that:(1)there is no significant difference in the positive and negative perception, attitude and participation behavior of villagers with different gender, education level and annual income towards non-legacy poverty alleviation.Villagers of different ages and occupations have significant differences in positive and negative perception effects and participation behavior of non-legacy poverty alleviation.(2)The stronger the positive perception effect of T villagers non-legacy poverty alleviation effect is,the more conducive to the development of local non-legacy poverty alleviation cause, the more likely T villagers are to participate in poverty alleviation;T villagers' negative perception effect of poverty alleviation also has a significant impact on participation behavior, which may affect T villager's participation in non-legacy poverty alleviation enthusiasm.(3)T villagers participation attitude towards non-legacy poverty alleviation has a significant positive impact on participation behavior, and has a certain impact on the positive and negative perception effect of T villagers, but the impact is not significant. Finally, the development suggestions are put forward from three aspects: inheritance and protection of non-heritage cultural resources, protection and development of cultural authenticity, and increasing non-heritage propaganda.
