More than ten years have passed since the official implementation of the "Chinese volunteer program for international Chinese teachers" in 2004.While undertaking the Chinese teaching task on the overseas teaching platform,the majority of Chinese teacher volunteers also promote the overseas communication of Chinese language and excellent Chinese culture.On the one hand,in the context of the international promotion of Chinese language,the research on the volunteers of international Chinese language teachers has gradually attracted the attention of the academic circle,especially the research on the overseas teaching of volunteers is emerging one after another,which includes the research on the overseas teaching mode,teaching method and teaching efficacy of volunteers.On the other hand,the research on the reflection of teaching activities has been in full swing.However,this part of the research is mainly focused on the reflection of teaching activities of primary and secondary school teachers in China.Therefore,in the research field of international Chinese teacher volunteers,there are few studies on teachers' reflection on teaching activities,while in the traditional research field of teaching activity reflection,there are still some gaps in the research on international Chinese teacher volunteers.In this paper,on the basis of predecessors' research,the education story of the volunteer group as the reflective content of precipitate teaching activities,content analysis and discourse analysis as research methods,will Nvivol2 software as a content analysis tool,to ten copies of shandong university international Chinese language teachers volunteers series corpus as a volunteer teacher education story source of sampling,and the content of the text all the relevant code and generate content analysis data,the data in the big stripping reflections story about volunteer education teaching activities in class content,on this basis,Make a comparative analysis of the diachronic differences in the reflective content of the teaching activities of volunteers in shandong university and make attributions,conduct data statistics and analysis on the relationship between the reflective content,reflective level and volunteers with different professional backgrounds.and then draw relevant conclusions.The first chapter is the introduction,this paper introduces the background of Chinese international communication,reproduction of the experts and scholars to the international Chinese teachers "quality" and "quantity" problem,education story study to solve the problem of Chinese teachers "quality" to provide an effective way,this research to locate and describe the theoretical significance and practical significance of this study.This paper defines relevant concepts such as "reflection on teaching activities",and classifies and summarizes relevant researches on international Chinese teacher volunteers,teachers' reflection on teaching activities,and educational stories.The second chapter of this paper further clarifies the category of "teaching activities" of Chinese teacher volunteers,links teaching activities with educational stories,reflection on teaching activities and educational stories,and explores new approaches for research.The third chapter is the research method and design.This paper gives a systematic overview of the content analysis method used in this paper,further elaborates the detailed use of the content analysis method in this paper,and introduces the research tools of this paper.Then the corresponding research design was carried out,including the establishment of analysis category,coding,reliability and validity test and other links.The fourth chapter of this paper is based on the analysis of statistical data.Taking content coverage and content theme as two basic parameters,it presents the changes of reflective content of teaching activities in the analysis text from the macro and micro levels,and presents the quantitative results of these changes.The fifth chapter is the conclusion,suggestion and prospect.Study found that in the ten years of data,the volunteer teachers in the teaching activities of reflection of shandong university class content is relatively stable type classroom teaching reflection,the text also has some obvious factors change,which is obviously rising trend of teaching reflection types are:students' development,the concept of education,reflection reflection.The type of teaching activity reflection that shows an obvious downward trend is interpersonal reflection.The study also found that there was not a strong correlation between the number of volunteers with different professional backgrounds and the reflective content of overall teaching activities and the reflective level of overall teaching activities,but at the micro level,the professional background of volunteers had an impact on the reflective content of specific teaching activities.Finally,this paper combines relevant analysis and conclusion,and puts forward relevant Suggestions on the cultivation and improvement of reflective skills of volunteer teachers' teaching activities from the perspectives of the trainers and individual volunteers.
