"bu" and "mei" are two negative words that are often used in daily life.Sometimes they do not mean negation in communicative-pragmatics and have non-true value semantics. The phenomenon that the negative words do not mean negative meaning, the academic community has developed from "Redundant Negation" to "subjective quantity mark",and then the negative word "attachment"."bu" and "mei" have a great relationship with people's psychological and subjective factors when they do not mean negative meaning. From the perspective of cognitive semantics and pragmatics, the thesis uses the CCL corpus corpus of Peking University to treat the non-true value of Chinese."bu" and "mei" corpus is collected, summarized and analyzed on the basis of a large amount of corpus, and the non-true value semantics of "bu" and "mei" are elaborated. The paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter introduces the reasons for choosing the title, summarizing the academic language "non-true value",negative words do not indicate the status quo of negative meaning research, and defining the non-true value negative words "bu" and "mei" from the perspective of language truth value, indicating the paper Research methods and research implications. In the second chapter, the semantic analysis of the non-true value structure with "bu" is carried out,and the semantics of the non-true value negative word "bu" in Chinese is summarized into 14 items. In the third chapter, the semantic analysis of the non-true value structure containing "mei" is summarized, and the Chinese non-true value negative word "mei" semantics is summarized into 4 items. The fourth chapter analyzes the semantic non-authenticity of the non-authenticity of the Chinese word "bu" and "mei",and concludes that "bu" has more non-true value semantic items than "mei";and "bu" and "mei" have the same identity when subjectively reducing, expressing doubts, and persuading. The fifthchapter summarizes the full text, explaining the innovation of the paper and the future research focus.
